I've posted this in the discussion forum, but perhaps it was overlooked (hence the repost). I can reproduce the problem with malfunctioning arrow/backspace/home/etc. keys 100% reliably using the following procedure (with latest official release as well as build 2132):
1. go to settings and select the keymap
2. select "Editor"
3. click Cancel
That's it, now they've been emptied. If you now reopen the dialog, you'll see an empty list of key bindings. I don't think these are the only conditions when the key settings are lost, but it's the first way I've found to reliably get them to disappear.
(Probably not relevant, but my system is running a reasonably recent installation of Windows XP SP2.)

Why can't we select a line by tripleclicking? Like in Notepad2.
That's really useful if you quickly want to cut/copy/delete the line.

Click on the left gutter to select whole line
