PSPad regitered itself into register, key "App Paths". You will be able to run it without write path

accented chars was marked as "bad" in JAVA highlighter

many thanks for the new build! I believe that speed of editing is now improved, which is great. On the other hand I think that "Ctrl+Right behaviour" is still a bit buggy -- when cursor is placed before a dollar sign, ctrl+right arrow works perfectly in PHP, but for some reason not in XHTML multihighlighter: it just doesn't move at all. Would you please look into it? Thanks!

One more thing: I just noticed that in CSS a hyphen is a stop char: when cursor is placed before it, ctrl+right arrow combination cease to work.

To confirm this issue:
I can Ctrl+right with the cursor just after the $ in Xhtml multi, but not with it just before it.

I just tried this new build out and found that the program "hangs" when I open an ASP page. I have set up ASP as my Multihighlighter. I tried to open a SQL without a problem.

Had to revert back to previous beta version.

I am reverting to old version too. This hangs with AutoIt3 files (.au3),. Not every file does this, but too many, so I can't use this version.

This is enough to hang PSPad. Save for example to test.au3:

I can confirm too.
Some ASP files Hang up PSPad

But I have test the text above for au3 file but it does not hang up my PSPad.
I sent you a file in order to reproduce the problem with ASP file.

I have done some test from "Jarmo" example and I have found the freeze are due to "User Highlighter". Firstly, I haven't got the Jarmo's problem because I don't use Au3 files. So I have configured PSPad to support Au3 files and now it freeze.

To sum up, if you don't want PSPad to freeze, deactivate your user highlighter.

But writing to HKLM requires Administrator privilege and I think it's not good to require that.
