PSPad loads up, then freezes

Every single time, I can't figure out why. I've uninstalled and reinstalled PSPad multiple times. It does the same thing every time. I've run process monitor on it to see what might possibly be going on, but I haven't found anything particularly enlightening.

Anyone here with more knowledge debugging this kind of stuff have any ideas?

Usually in this cases is problem with WSH.
In the Program settings/System disable scripting suport
