I'm using version 4.5.4( 2335).
- The first, I create 1 file with utf-8 name.
- Can not drag and drop file into PasPad.
- In Pspad window, click menu File, Open... Opening file is successfully but I can not type any character.

File with UTF-8 name doesn't exists.
Exists file with ANSI or unicode name.
