Use PSPad scripting
Use PSpad find/replace in files, if possible - no support for regular expressions, but it's really fast
Use specialised tool

I tried the best of the best tools, but every tool damages charset! So I'm asking here, because every tool will damage Polish letters.
WTF??? ==> się dzieje co chce’
Even if the tool supports Unicode it will still damage the Polish letters, so I am looking for a tool that actually supports any language.
You can try with a million different fonts, you lose time, but if the coding is mixed, it will not display any coding correctly.

Can you provide any example first what do you want to replace?

I want to remove the HTML code, but the editor can remove only one tab, and I want to remove the code in all open tabs.
Need option:
Apply to all open documents (all tabs)

Is it even possible to have 100,000 files open in PSPad?
Try GrepWin. Requires Windows 7 SP1 or later.
It appears it can process all files in a directory. Check docs carefully for how it can process Polish characters. But in Perl, this is your regexp to use on each line of every HTML file:
$s=~s/<.+?>//g;

It seems to be a complicated task, so I do not know what's going on.
I want the software to support millions of Unicode and all special characters, and all existing fonts in the world: D

For search and replace tasks over (many) files/folder I highly recommend PowerGrep (https://www.powergrep.com/). It has it's price, but it's worth every penny. I use it every day at work.
