Menu Settings / User highlighter.
Open REXX highlighter and set comment style as you need. /+ ... +/ is available.
If you have PSpad installed in program files, run it as admin, to be able save highlighter definition there

Hello
User highlighter allows to use only predefined set of comments.
Syntax highlight will be fully user customizable in future after editor engine exchange.
