Did I miss something, or does PsPad really not have syntax highlighting for Ruby?

Rubby (several modifications) is supported by user highlighters. Open Highlighter settings and on the bottom of list is few slots for user highlighters. Click on any free slot, select from the list of user highlighters Rubby, check checkbox before highlighter and save it.

You can uncheck highlighters you don't want to use. PSPad will still know syntax, but won't offer you open dialog filters e.t.c.
