Is there any possibility to set keymap for TiDy('Reformat Only')?

Not now, cause it's user definable TiDy configuration. But I am able to add possibility to configure Shortcuts to definitions. In the future build it will be implemented

Is there any way to increase width of left gutter?

Do you mean thicker line or change position?
There is no way now how to make it thicker. I don't see reason - you can change color of the right gutter
To change position permanently go to ptohtam settings / Editor 2 or click on the ruller for immediate position change
