Recently i install pspad in windows 8.1
And Now i have problems with the adjust of line
What am i doing bad ?

I guess you activated WordWrap mode - Ctrl+W or menu View or Toolbar button

By some reason Control+W don't go in my system.
I can't with the toolbar or selecting the option in the view tab....

Please describe what do you mean. I don't understand what is your problem.
On your picture is Wordwrap mode active. Line are wrapped with window width. If you want to wrap lines with line on the 80 position, go to program settings / Editor 1 and check option Wrap with Right edge.
If you problem is anything else, I need more than one sentence to understand it.
