Hello Jan

I have a textfile whitch has accidently many 0x1D characters in it.

Every time i open the file PSPad automaticly switch to HEX Mode.

No change to toggle back to Text mode becourse
the menuitem "hexmode" (german language) is not avail in context menü.

Can i force PSPAD to Textmode at open time?

Change variable from 1 to: AutoDetectBinary=0

A small issue left.

I must switch to "OEM Zeichen (DOS charset)" to see them.
Otherwise PSPad show's the 0x1D as Blank

0x1D is invisible (control) character in standard ASCII character table
