I don't know what does mean triple space formating, but copy/paste into PSPad does no formating. As you copy your text, it will be pasted into PSPad

9Behold, I establish My covenant or pledge with you and with your descendants after you 10And with every living creature that is with you--whether the birds, the livestock, or the wild beasts of the earth along with you, as many as came out of the ark--every animal of the earth.

From where do you copy this text?
If you will make PSPad as narrow as source and you will switch on wordwrap, you will see the same result.
I guess you copy this text from some webpage with narrow column
