what does mean change order? sort? use sort function from the edit menu

Sorry i am using the term aleatory
Is better express as random
obtain random lines
obtain a scrumble or similar
a sort of jumble of lines
put in random order the lines of text.

You can use Sort function to get some semi-random order.
Select Column, call sort function and let your lines sort using this column.
If it is not enough, you can write script, which will do exactly what you need

The option of using the "Sort Function"
I want the random order to memorize the lines in differents orders.

Open your text
Select Sort function from the menu edit
Check [x]Specify column and fill in begin-end e.g. from 5 to 15
Let PSpad sort your lines
