Hello,
Is there possible to set color scheme extension wise?

Hi,
You can at least define the color scheme in a language-wise way.
Go to Settings / Highlighter settings... and then modify the color scheme for each desired language.
If you mean extension-wise for the same language (e.g. different color scheme for .h, .c, .cpp... for C/C++ highlighter), then this is not possible.
I personaly prefer the same color scheme for any language...
Anyway, you can save your favorite color schemes and recall it later by saving the settings in the highlighter settings window.

Small tips:
dblclick on attribute will copy settings to all highlighters for this attribute - it can speed up creating of new scheme significantly
