Is there a way to interact from an external application with PSPad?
E.g. by Windows Messages or DLL/Function?
I look for ways, to
- get/set/change the current line
- get/set/change the selected text
- get/set/delete a bookmark by file
- get/delete all bookmarks by file
and some other, but this would get me started.

PSPad isn't projected to be handled by external application.
What do you want to do?

I want to write a debugger for AHK, that shows in PSPad on which line he currently is.
Show where breakpoints are in the code by 'reusing' the bookmarks.
When the mouse is hovering over a word or is selecting a text show the content of that variable. And show information in the LOG panel during execution (not after finish).
In case a project has several script files that form the whole script the debugger must also be able to (open and ) switch to an additional file (in case of StepInto from the master file)
