Change escape character

#1 Change escape character

In the User Highlighter Definition a checkbox exists to "Escape Strings"
But this seems to be bound to the escape character \ making \" a literal "
Is it possible to change the character to ` (accent)?
Or could you add an option that a different escape character could be specified for a user highlighter?

toralf:
AutoHotkey

OK, I will add possibility to define escape character into user highlighter definition.
Anyway, you can specify escape character for Autohotkey by: #EscapeChar \

This modification will be available in the next build

Thanks a lot in advance.

I know that I'm able to change the escape character for individual scripts, but that causes problems when sharing scripts.
Being able to specify the default escape character in the user highlighter like you want to do it is the right approach.

I am afraid I don't understand. You can specify escape char in user highlighter. Each user highlighter can have own escape char. This functionally is available in the last published build

I am very sorry. I though I already published build with user defined escape char in user highlighter, but I didn't it. It's my fault.
It will be in the next build.
