You will have to add between each cell in a row a delimited. I would suggest you use a pipe "|". Once you do that for every row of data you can select the block and start the script. Specify as the delimiter again the pipe. Now the data in each column should be aligned.
If you want to separate also row from row visually you could add a line in-between each row that consists of "-------|---------|---------|-------".
That is about it if you want to simulate a table of data.

May be writing the table first, elements separated by the chosen delimiter, and then apply ?
or execute the extension from the tab Scripts
