I edit files with ftp-syncroinisation. I want my functions be sorted in alphabetical order, and there is a button for that like "Sort ascending". But every time I press save - the order is restored.

The option was checked. So i think that autosort feature is broken.
But Also there was checked option "refresh code explorer content after file save" unchecking it worked for me.

Can you tell me which highlighter do you use?
Maybe it's question of the one code explorer.

Alex:
OK, you were right. JavaScript, where functions was directly in the root wasn't sorted. Is there any code explorer problem for another language?
