Nice to hear and definitely try PSPad, but have you tried alt+shift+down/up in NPP?
Or is it some other usecase that makes PSPad colum editing mode superior?
"Column editing" feature (how I understand it) is (sadly) better implemented in other text editing components (NPP, Sublime, even in browser-based editors like Ace). (Sometimes default key binding is ctrl+alt+down/up.)
And be warned, there is a nasty bug in column editing mode in PSPad when you use real tabs.

Ok, Thanks, works fine for me, but I will keep an eye on it...vm
