To reproduce:

1. Use Aero snap to scale/position the PSPad window to left or right edge of the screen, or double click the top or bottom edge of the window maximize the height.

2. Minimize PSPad

3. When returning to PSPad, it will revert to the size and position it had before snapping.

When you minimize and restore window, PSPad does nothing with size and position.
It can be problem of PSPad, but it can be a problem of Windows too, that they doesn't restore it back.
