"pspad stopped working" error

Hello,

I sometimes get the following error on a Windows server 2008 R2 machine:

"PSPAD editor stopped working"

"Exception EOSError in module PSPad.exe at 00011652. System Error. Code 5 Access is denied"

In the event viewer I can see the following entry:
