Have deleted my editor, downloaded again pspad458inst_en.rar, installed the newly copied from pspad459b2521.zip latest files in the folder editor.
Here is my file in the editor:

Open it to view the works, but it has not yet been saved to disk, lights for html tags to have to work,
Light brackets javascript does not work.
Now save it to disk, closes the editor, open again, and now brackets highlighted in javascript and everything works.

When you start new file, what highlighter did you choosed?
Did you created new HTML multihighlighter file or HTML file? There is a difference.
HTML is simple HTML without scripting highlight.
Multihighlighter highlighs scripts inside HTML.
It can be reason, why you see the content highlighted after you reopen your file.

HTML is simple HTML without lighting scenarios.
Multihighlighter highlighs scripts inside HTML.
Now I'll know and use. Thanks!

Can you send me your file you show me on the screnshots? It looks like there are some invisible characters what causes problem in highlighting.
You set UTF-8 encoding, but it isn't UTF-8. If there are some invisible control chars...

When the cursor comes to </ div> why is it takes the form of longer than the tag, overlapping adjacent.
Edit does not work, because characters are not inserted into the right place, and the translation of the tag on the next line also will not work, because tag is broken, part of it to the area remains on the same line, and the part is transferred, like this: <
div> instead of entirely like that endure all things.
