Hello Jan,
This is very old bug actually.
When I'm using some english characters it's fine, but when I use some characters written on cp1251 charset in text the autocompletion suggestion looks unreadable.
For example if i write word "автодополнение" it looks like "ŕâňîäîďîëíĺíčĺ".
Trying some charset i figured that charset using for these suggestions are in ISO-8859-2, so whole my text looks like converted CP1251 → ISO-8859-2
I think that PSPad internal charset is something like utf16, so you just dont cared about such feature. =)
The value inserted by suggestions itself is fine, but it's hard to choose which one to use when i see the list of suggestions from wrong charset.
Thanks for help

Hello.
Check regional settings in your operating system. If you use preinstalled operating system, there is broken locale settings.
In regional settings on the last tab / administrative set English for nonunicode programs and then back to Russian

I rewrited Autocomplete function completly to unicode. Even my regional settings is Czech, Autocomplete works OK with cyrilic too. O hope it will help you.
