#1 How to run command when the path has ampersand?

In the dialog "Tools > Command Line", if the command path has an ampersand, it does not work if you choose "Run under MS-DOS command interpreter".
It doesn't help either if you enclose the path in quotes.

However, if I open a MS-DOS window and type the command path (enclosed in quotes) it works fine.

Is there a solution for this?
