Sorry maki, but I don't want what do you mean.
Where do you want to save whole path?
If you don't want to give complex informations to make your question answerable...

Correct script (CMD)
Problem Unicode UTF-8

"????" <== UNICODE

OK. I will try guess meaning of your question.
You created file using PowerShell and you want to open it in PSPad. PSpad doesn't show you content correctly. Right?

Please note, nobody see content of your head. You need to explain things.

No. I want to correct the code to properly save unicode font and FULL PATH (unlimited depth + filename.ext)

Do you see? In case you would write yourforst question, you will get simple answer. How much time we will spare?

If you want to save file in UTF-8 or UTF-16, go to menu Format, click on the requested code page and press save.
File will be saved in Code page you see on the status bar. In menu format you can change current Code page to another one.

I want to save all and path to the files on all drives! (letter drive +All folders(subfolders) + all file names +extension)
Is that so hard to understand?
20 different scrypt (Powershell and CMD) does not work as I expected and I am compelled to abandon this idea because this can not be solved.
There's no time for that. Nobody knows what I mean.sad smiley

OK. You want to list all files from all your drives. How is it related to PSPad?

Yes, it's nearly impossible at least for me to understand what you're trying to do and what you're asking. I'm wondering where Jan gets his patience from and waiting for the moment when he will lose it. sad smiley

I think we need to plead the cause to make Jan Fiala Saint.
Saint Jan protector of the text editors.
