I know where it was bug:
The configuration file

PSPad.ini

I replaced an old file. Several lists lose but a lot to recover.

Configuration has been corrupted - why?

Opening a text file (as the default program for opening text files) to change configurations or her to modify / overwrite PSPad.ini (!!!)

Hello

Situation:
1. I open PSPad with 100 files. Next time it opens again with 100 files.
2. I open PSpad with one new file, so next time it opens with your last file.

This is standard behavior. If you want to organize your files, use PSPad project or session.

PSCache.bin contains last file state - bookmark, cursor position, highlighter, code page. If there is change in this file structure, it is deleted with new PSPad version.
Last open files are kept in Recent.ini, sections [Open files] and from this file files are restored.

It means you didn't use project or session, but you simple open your files. In this case there is nothing what can open your tabs back.
I suggest you to open help and read something about projects.

Session I had saved but was damaged!<----information or error -->can not find the last opened files

Session - not always sufficient to restore the data. I was formerly the situation that the last Sesion been damaged or overwritten. And some even older work sessions.

In addition, the session is saved only by manually?
Automatic save of all tabs on exit PSPad?
Automatic real-time tabs/sesion saved?
Automatic - Dual backup - possible?

Project is what you need. Automatic save, keeps your files organized + additional settings.
You can anytime load it.

Selecting - "Create project from Directory ..."
Automatically removes PROJECT/TABS - without confirmation - if you want to really
delete
?

Any activity that is associated with removal - (SECURITY SHOULD BE CONFIRMED)

Save Project - Option not work

Of course it wont work, cause your project is empty. You nbeed to add your files to project first.
Please read the help. It will spare time of both of us.

Open files (tabs) isn't project.
Open files are open files. If there is unsaved file, PSPad will ask you to save it.

Again. Simple open files are simple open files without any organization and are not kept! There is no mechanism exclude projects or sessions to return back your open files in any time.
