Double execution of pspad

I am trying this because i want to have one installation for special automatic replaces (without the spanish dictionary installed...)
I have try to rename the main executable installed in portable mode.
But I only get one windows not two.

I observ i Have two differents version and this right when execute one or another shortlink.

How can i have launched two pspad different.
Two windows.

You have 2 possibilities:
1. in the program settings / System allow multinstance
2. start second PSPad with /N parameter (e.g. create link)
