Notepad

What is the Notepad.exe for? I only ask because I know it opens PSPad with a editor open but there is then a strange symbol in titlebar.

Some applications calls notepad.exe directly. Users who wants to use PSPad instead of notepad repace standard notepad.exe with notepad from PSPad folder. It does nothing else than call PSPad with file as argument
