speeding up start up time

What are the tips/tricks to speed up start up time of PSPad? Do I have to turn on/off some settings?or delete some files or folders from the installation directory of PSPad? It's not that PSPad is slow to start, I want to know what can be done to get the minimum start up time.

Switch off scripting if you don't use it (Program settings / System integration)
Delete DLL libraries in PSPad folder if you don't use PSPad FTPS connection
