There are many online CSS beautifier which all use CSSTidy to generate output. This one on dirtymarkup has only a few options to set and didn't create per line selectors nor handles the space around ">" issue. It also has some problems with @rules. f.e. it transforms @media(max-width:767px) to @mediamax-width:767px. It not even has spaces between selectors, font-familys and others.

CSSTidy isn't in developement anymore since 2007. You can fork it on github and boost it up (it's on my todo list).

Jan, is PSPad able to run a php class within the core? I believe not. If so, I can improve CSSTidy for PSPad.

Jan, is your implemented CSS formatter programmed in javascript? If so, I will help to improve missing features.

If Einars CSS beautifier is in PSPads extension list www.pspad.com we also should do some bug fixing on it.

Offtopic: Jan, is it possible to sort the extensions by update time? So we can easily see which one are up-to-date?
