I'm having a problems with word wrap (latest ver):
1. constant crashes (Access violation at address 004FD264 in module 'PSPad.exe'. Read of address FE1604CC).
2. slow response when going into word wrap mode or when changing the line break length in long lines.

Serious wordwrap issue is related to Windows 8.1 upgrade. I am stil in investigate process, cause I don't know what was changed from the MS side.

Having this same issue with Win 8.1 update.
I turn off word-wrap, it's fine.
@pspad, your trick to turn off highlighting solved the problem, but highlighting is one of the best features of your app!! haha.
Would love to have this fixed, will help any way I can.

I didn't suggest to turn off highlighting, only the switch off highlight matching brackets if you use the wordwrap mode.
Install the latest build from the developer forum

That's what I meant, sorry. Yea, I turned off matching brackets highlighting and it fixed.
I now am running latest build (2471) and no more crashing with matching brackets highlighter. Thanks!

I am noticing now that the bracket highlighter does not work if word-wrap is turned on, only when wrap is off.
