How do I create a .lnk file in PSPad?

I opened a project for the first time in 2 or 3 years, and noticed I have a Notepad file in the project list called filename.txt.lnk. I'd like to make another one but can't remember how I did it. Can anyone tell me? Thanks!

LNK is Windows Link file. You can create it simple with dragging your file with right mouse in Windows explorer and choose option create link. PSPad is able to open file what is targeted by this link.
