Editing files in a zip-archive via the project explorer

editing files in a zip-archive via the project explorer - is that possible in any way?

This isn't question for PSPad, but for some archiver soft.
PSPad didn't handle archives directly. It means if you open archive in Windows explorer and edit some files, software what open the archive must be able detect changes and update archive. Not a PSPad.
