Hi dudes
I returned back to win/pspad - and i can remember that i used a shortcut to insert predefined text. but i cant find the solutions - many thanks for any helps

example:
> press own defined shortcut
> insert predefined text on open file
> ex:
////////////////////////////
// Description: foo bar bla bla
// Developer: foooo.baaar@bla.ch
// Time: <date> (optional)
////////////////////////////

i think its so basic work - that i cant find the right words on google...

This isn't block comment but line comments inserted on each line.
Use functionality from the format menu - Add/Remove format (Shift+Ctrl+A) on selected block

If you insist on your "block format" functionality, use PSPad scripting abilities and write simple script what will be applied on selected code

If you want to use it for Header, you can use Code clips (Ctrl+Space)
It's easy to write new clip and insert there using user variables your name, date e.t.c.
