Context menu moved the main editor option

The last time I upgraded my copy of the PSPad editor, it changed the location of the PSPad editor from the main menu, moving it under "Open with".

I can't seem to change it back. Am I missing an option, or am I stuck with it like this?

Go to program settings / System integration
uncheck register in system context menu and apply.
Check register in system context menu using registry way and confirm
