Where is Python's syntax file?

I can't find Python's syntax file in the syntax directory.
How can I customize the highlighting?

I also can't find the syntax files for C++ and Java.

Some highlighters are internal - the first 27 in highlighter list.
It means there is no external syntax file.

What do you need to change?

I wanted to add to the keyword list "as" and "with". Which where added in Python 2.6, I believe.

Or may be it's me that I'm using an outdated PSPad version (4.5.4)

AS is included as Non-reserved keyword, WITH as reserved word
