Hi,

I have a new Samsung Chronos Series 7 and a graphical bug with fast scrolling folders in PSPad and WinSCP. Screens for PSPad:

Is this a bug in PSPad?

I can't answer just now. I have no report about this issue with any Windows, include Windows 8.

I have windows 8 and no problem with pspad.
I use the portable (zip) installation.

I have this not always. The graphical bug is completely sporadic. I can scroll 100 times and nothing happen and than its appear suddenly. Its happen only with scroll up.

not a bug in pspad.
