PSPAD files opened with other TEXT editors look like HEX

#1 PSPAD files opened with other TEXT editors look like HEX

I have used PSPad for several years and have never had an issue when opening files created / saved from PSPAD with other text editors.

Not sure what I changed but now the files I create in PSPad when opened by another editor like notepad, appear to be hex code?

This is a disaster for me as everything I have checked into our source control is not not editable by other as I am the only one who uses PSPad.

I would love to continue using, but if I can't resolve this issue I will have to find something else. Bad part is I can't tell which of my many files that I have created in PSPad are like this unless I open them in another editor.

I guess you use PRC file extension.
Open all your files in PSPad, then open PSPad folder\Plugins\File extensions and delete PRC.DLL
Save all your files.
