PSPad SSL package

Does this allow PSPad to use SFTP? If so can someone tell me how to correctly install it. I have installed OpenSSL 32/64 and MVC++ 2008.

I copied the 3 .dlls to the pspad directory but I dont see any changes to the FTP connection panel.
I have ticked the SSL box but it isnt working.

SSL package is for FTPS not for SFTP.
