How to Assign a Color Coding ?

Hi,
with cakePHP the view template files that capsule php and html, are saved in files with the ending .ctp.
Question, how can I define .ctp to open up in pspad with the appropriate color coding ?

Another related question, can I define the color coding "on the fly" to an unsaved new document ... where there is no definition of the file extension yet ? So that the code in that document is being assigned to a color coding before it's saved ... so i can work better with it ?
