url escape characters; file name characters

does anyone know how to make all
url escape characters
be deleted or substituted with specified one(s) ?

also, how can one replace all chracters in a file that do not conform to the set that is used for file names ?

For both your points you can use user convertors from the menu TOOLS.

E.g. chars to HTML safe form and back.
Convertor definition is simple text file. You can create new and when you will place it into subfolder .\convert, it automatically appears in Convertor list.
Open e.g. Safehtml.ini, copy it with another name and modify as you need.
