Make short clip list

I want to make a very short html clip list in addition to the CTRL+SPACE list you supply.

This is for making just 10 clips I constantly use easily available.

eg <a href"http:www. "></a>

and some others I select.

I think I can put these selected clips at the top of the clip list. How?

Also how do I add my own clips to this list?

IMPORTANT I looked at the DEF file but I do not understand how to edit it.

Actually what I like best is to have this short list of clips on my own toolbar OR rightclick and select one - or both.

CLips are sorted alphabetically or as are in clip file (Program settings)
You have several ways:
start to write clipname before you call clip window - the window will be filtered
put your clips on the start of file and set parameter to don't sort clip
name your clip e.g. with number 1 on the begin and they will be on the top of the list
