Problem Saving Clip Definition files in Windows 7

Trying to save .DEF files in Win 7 gives the error "Error saving file "C:\Program Files (x86)\PSPad editor\Context\HTML.DEF"

I tried removing the 'Save only' settings for that folder and its contents but the error remained.

Running PSPad as administrator works OK but this is unsatisfactory

Is there a way to set an alternative location for the Context folder?

PSPad 4.5.6 (2427) - Multi User Environment
