No highlight for h1, h2 ... ?

Hi everyone !
Don't know if it's a bug or a misconfiguration in my settings, but pspad refuse to highlight title tags, aka h1, h2 etc.
Is there a reason for this ?

Cause there is no reason for highlighting those tags
