"Scripts" menu missing in version 4.5.6

Hi !
Today I installed the version 4.5.6 and the "Scripts" menu is missing.

I searched in the other menus, thinking it was moved, but couldn't find it.

I'm using windows XP Home SP3 (just reinstalled the OS today). Previously I had 4.5.4 (on the same OS) and Scripts menu was on its place.

Is there a bug in version 4.5.6 or am I doing something wrong ?

I have it in 4.5.7 available from the forum - forum.pspad.com

tried "pspad457b2445.zip" and "pspad457b2437.zip" and the menu is still mising.
