Clear recent files list

Hi Jan,

Any chance you could move the 'Clear recent files list' option so its not next to the 'Remove noneexisting recent files' option?

As I regularly click the remove option I now find myself clicking the clear option by mistake and its removing everything.

Ideally an option to not show this menu item might be good?

Now you see the differences between users request.
One group of uses wants this option, second doesn't want it.

To create option for any menu item will cause coo complicated option dialog.

I will try to move it a little
