#1 files comparing / ansys syntax

Dear friends,
I am a new pspad user and i would like to ask you two questions.

1) When I open a file with PSPAD, all the time, I have to change the syntax to ANSYS. I am just wondering if I can make it somehow default so that whenever I open a file, ansys syntax is already selected?

2) I have two files and I want to compare and see the differences between the lines. Like is there an option where all the lines are compared and the differences are showed?

I would really appreciate your help.
Peace
berkan

1. PSpad recognize highlighter via file extension. What highlighter is used when you open file? Is your file extension in Highlighter extension list (menu settings / Highlighter)
Second problem can be, if your file is too big. There is set limit for using highlighter.
Go to program settings / Direct edit button and increase value of variable (in bytes) HlUpToSize=xxxxxxx

2. the line difference is shown on the bottom of PSpad window. I suggest you dowload the last build from PSPad developer forum
