Search/Replace in Files sometimes doesn't work anymore

Hello,

sometimes I have the problem that Search/Replace in Files doesn't work anymore. That happens suddenly. Even closing all instances doesn't work. After some time it worked again. I'm searching in all files of the Project.

Any hints? Are there any settings stored somewhere?

If you write "sometimes", it really doesn't help me.
