Regular menu style available?

I just installed PSPad and I love it as it contains all functions I need for rapid web development.

However, I was wondering if it's possible to have a regular menu style. It currently looks like Windows 98, whilst I'm running Vista. It does not oompletely look good.

What PSpad version did you downloaded? My PSpad looks like other programs on my Win7. There is no difference.

I currently have version 4.5.4 installed, but the menus have a gray background with a plain blue highlight, as in old Windows versions.
