One of the things I really love about PSPad is the integrated FTP support; unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work under Windows 7
. When I create a new connection, save it, then try to connect, it says "Connection doesn't exist." When I click "edit" the fields I just entered are blank. Also, I tried to import an XML file from FileZilla and got nothing. Is this is a known issue and is there anything that can be done to fix it?

You install PSPad not as multiuser environment.
In this case all settings is stored into PSpad folder. No application except installer has rights to write into Program files folder.
In program settings / System check [x]Multiuser environment. This will store PSpad config files in your profile folder.

That didn't work for me - I get exactly the same error?

You have to run PSpad as administrator (use right mouse - run as administrator) to change this setting
