How do you install PSPad: using installer or manually copying files from CAB archive? In second case maybe you forgot to copy language files? Check PSPad folder. Here should be subfolder \Lang and it should contain language files. At least English.ini must be.

The .cab folder has many files in it but no installer. I extracted the PSPad file to my desktop and that got my application running. Should I have extracted it within the same folder? There are no Sub-folders, just files within the .cab file

.cab file has tree structure of files and folders inside. You should extract the all tree e.g. with 7zip www.7-zip.org

Thanks guys, I got it. I had to RUN the file for the proper install. Sorry for that, it all seems to be working properly now.
